In demolition the power is important, but it is not enough.
There are so many applications in this sector that it’s impossible to approach them with the same tool. The operators who worked in demolition sites all over the world knows this well and for this reason they appreciate the great variety of dimensions and powers offered by Promove breaker range. Not surprisingly, among the most appreciated products there are the Light Range Hydraulic Breakers, ideal for mini excavators, since they range from 132 lb to 950 lb in weight: they are the XP 60 and its “big brothers” XP 101, XP 150, XP 200, XP 300 and XP 400.
The real value of a product lies in the ability to satisfy all customer needs. This is why it is important to combine very powerful tools with other tools suitable for jobs where precision is the key. Just thinking of these needs, Promove technicians have designed a new mix of strength and performance: the XP 60 is one of the latest in the Promove family and allows, thanks to its small size, to enter even the smallest demolitions site, like domestic ones.
A feature that is offered also by it’s big brothers the XP 101 and the XP 150. Designed specifically for jobs that require greater delicacy and collateral damage control, these breakers offer incredible versatility thanks to their constitutive technology. Shock protection absorbers, mounted above and below the hammer body, avoid vibrations and damage to the excavator arm. The nitrogen valve is easily accessible for faster and more efficient gas control or for refill operations. A low pressure chamber improves the energy at each blow and, together with the increased diameter impact mass, produces a more powerful blow.
The last addition is the XP200 that improves its performance by increasing its maximum oil flow up to 16 gpm. This development allows the hammer to improve its coupling with mini excavators in the "extra flow" category. The breaker has an oversized piston which gives the breaker greater productivity than its competitors in the same range.
